“Lodołamacz” (The Icebreaker) 2022 for SIMET S.A. in the Supported Employment Enterprise category

On October 6, 2022, in the Royal Castle in Warsaw, the Final Gala of the 17th edition of “Lodołamacze” Competition took place, during which our company was distinguished by the Jury of the National Competition with the 2nd place in the Supported Employment Enterprise category.

The purpose of “Lodołamacze” project is to carry out a campaign aimed at the employment of people with disabilities. It promotes the idea of eliminating barriers by enterprises, institutions or people and supports the activation of persons with disabilities towards fully-fledged functioning in everyday life. The essence of “Lodołamacze” Campaign is to break the existing stereotypes and prejudices related to the employment of disabled people, integrate them and provide them with a chance to fully participate in social life, encourage the creation of new jobs for disabled people and raise the standard of existing workplaces. We are delighted that our company does contribute to this project.
