Product design
Our staff of experienced engineers will take care of creating your product from scratch.
With our experience and the support of modern NX CAD and NX CAM software, the Design and Research Department develops the design, creates the prototype and conducts the simulation of injection molding. This eliminates any defects already at the design stage, saving time and money during serial production.
Toolmaking
Our significant advantage in the market is having our own Tool Room, which independently creates the tools, in particular the injection molds necessary for the production of various plastic components. The Tool Room is equipped with modern CNC machines, including milling centers, hollowing machines, hollow wire machines and other advanced machine tools allowing us to make complex tools in-house.
Owing to our own Tool Room, we are able to flexibly adapt to the individual needs of our customers. In addition, this enables us to ensure timely deliveries, as we respond quickly to any technical problems by providing immediate and professional service, without having to rely on outside companies.
Production start
Our plant, equipped with modern machinery, is perfectly prepared for the serial production of various plastic and metal components. We have dozens of hydraulic and electric injection molding machines, automatic assembly lines and qualified personnel, which allows us to carry out a comprehensive production process.
In order to ensure the highest possible quality and safety of your products, they are subject to inspection. Our Quality Department has an internal laboratory where the manufactured products are tested, evaluated and improved. In addition, the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System implemented and certified by TÜV NORD, based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, guarantees that the highest standards of the production process are maintained, which directly translates into product quality.
