NOWA series includes ZSG1 terminal blocks with a rated cross-section from 2.5 to 120 mm² in grey, red, blue, and yellow. They are used in switching stations, cable connectors, switchgear, control cabinets and electrical devices.
The body is made of PA66 polyamide presenting high electrical and mechanical quality . It features good fire resistance, PA66 is a halogen-free material, manufactured in V0 class. Operating temperature of the terminal blocks working environment: -25° C … + 125° C. The structure of these terminal blocks has been developed in accordance with the principle of spatial optimisation. Terminal blocks dimensions are exceptionally small in their class and allow for economical use of space in the switch cabinets.
Another advantage of NOWA series rail-mounted terminal blocks is the possibility of using supplementary equipment, such as electrical pluggable screwable cross-connection (bridges) .
Fastening pinThe pin connects adjacent connectors of the same cross-section. It is available in 16.0N, 35.0N, 70.0N and 120.0N connectors.

Screw clamp The used combination of steel and galvanised copper allows using high wire clamping force and mounting stability in this clamp. A spring upper part of the clamp prevents automatic clamp loosening .
Current circuitsMade of brass, electroplated provide optimal electrical connection conditions with minimal voltage drop and protect against corrosion.
Screws +/-Used in screw clamps of terminal blocks in the range 2.5 ÷ 10 mm2 allow efficient manual and mechanical tightening.
Allen screwsAllen screws are used in terminal blocks in the range 16 ÷ 120 mm2 due to higher wire tightening torques.
